Refund policy

At Tint & Tonic, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Return

A return request will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
    The video must:

    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly show the product and the damage
    • Be continuous and unedited

Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Courier the product back to our office address mentioned below.

  2. If you require a pickup service, it can be arranged upon request, but separate pickup charges will apply.

  3. The return will be initiated only after our team verifies the damage and approves the request.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing time.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified damaged product.

Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, color variation, or incorrect selection by the customer.

  • Any return request raised without proper proof will be declined.

  • Tint & Tonic reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on inspection.
